US Foods Holding Corp. (NYSE: USFD) announced today that Cheryl A.
Bachelder has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective
October 1, 2018.

Bachelder served as CEO of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., a publicly
traded, multi-national restaurant operator and franchisor, from 2007 to
2017. Prior to that, she served as President and Chief Concept Officer
of KFC Corporation. Bachelder’s earlier career included brand leadership
roles at Domino’s Pizza, RJR Nabisco, Gillette and Procter & Gamble.
Currently, Bachelder is a director of Pier 1 Imports, Inc. She is also
the author of the book, Dare to Serve: How to Drive Superior Results
by Serving Others.
Bachelder holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a
Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the
Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
