Pietro Satriano, President and Chief Executive Officer

Pietro Satriano was named President and Chief Executive Officer of US Foods in July 2015. He previously held the role of Chief Merchandising Officer where he led and developed business strategies to continuously improve the company’s expertise in procurement, category management and product innovation.

Prior to joining US Foods in 2011, Satriano was president of LoyaltyOne Canada, the company behind AirMiles, Canada’s largest consumer loyalty reward program in which two thirds of households are active. He also served as executive vice president of Loblaw Brands at Loblaw Companies where he was responsible for its private No Name label and executive vice president, Food Segment, where he had national accountability for all aspects of merchandising for Loblaw’s food business.

Satriano began his career in strategy consulting, first with what is now The Boston Consulting Group in Toronto and then with the Monitor Company in Milan, Italy. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. Satriano is a native of Montreal and serves on the Board of Longos, a family-owned Canadian grocery store operator.

Dirk Locascio, Chief Financial Officer

Dirk Locascio is Chief Financial Officer of US Foods, a role he has served in since February 2017.

Since joining the company in 2009, Dirk has served in a variety of finance and accounting leadership roles including Senior Vice President, Financial Accounting and Analysis, where he had oversight of the company’s corporate finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining US Foods, he held senior finance roles with United Airlines and in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Dirk is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Kristin Coleman, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Kristin Coleman is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of US Foods. In this role, she is responsible for all legal, risk management and ethics and compliance functions. She joined US Foods in 2017.

An experienced general counsel, Kristin joined US Foods from Sears Holdings Corporation, where she served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary after joining in 2014. Prior to joining Sears, she served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Brunswick Corporation from 2009 to 2014. Before moving in-house, she worked in private practice with Sidley Austin LLP.

Kristin is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Chicago.

Steve Guberman, Executive Vice President, Nationally Managed Business

Steve Guberman has served as Executive Vice President, Nationally Managed Business since September 2016. In this role, he has P&L responsibility for the company’s largest customers, including health care and hospitality as well as regional and national chains. Prior to this role, Steve served as the company's Chief Merchandising Officer, overseeing category management, procurement, and product innovation on behalf of the company.

Steve began his career in restaurant operations and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the management team. He joined US Foods in 1991 and has served in a variety of corporate and field leadership roles, including sales, procurement, marketing, category management and eight years as a Division President in Houston, Texas.

Andrew Iacobucci, Chief Merchandising Officer

Andrew Iacobucci is Chief Merchandising Officer of US Foods. In this role, he is responsible for leading and developing business strategies to continuously improve the company’s expertise in procurement, category management and product innovation. He joined US Foods in 2017.

Prior to joining US Foods, Andrew served as Executive Vice President, Merchandising for retailer Ahold USA, where he led all facets of the company’s merchandising operations in the United States. Prior to joining Ahold, he spent 10 years at Loblaw Companies Limited, a leading Canadian food retailer, where he served in several senior roles including president of the company’s discount supermarket business.

Andrew is a graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and University of Toronto Law School.

Jay Kvasnicka, Executive Vice President of Locally Managed Sales and Field Operations

Jay Kvasnicka was named Executive Vice President of Locally-Managed Sales in August 2015 and became Executive Vice President of Field Operations in September 2016. In his role as Executive Vice President of Locally-Managed Sales, Jay is responsible for accelerating Sales Force Coverage and related activities to ensure that the US Foods sales force is the best in the industry. Jay also drives tools and enablers across our entire sales organization so all of our customers can fully benefit from our differentiated offering. In his role as Executive Vice President of Field Operations, Jay is responsible for leading field operations across the country, including all financial (P&L) results.

Jay brings a great deal of experience to these roles. Since joining US Foods as a Territory Manager for Alliant Foodservice over 20 years ago, Jay held a wide range of sales leadership roles including Vice President of Sales for the Minneapolis Division. In 2011, he became Division President, overseeing its successful growth and performance path until becoming Region President for the Midwest Region where he led an organization responsible for meeting the needs of over 20,000 customers. Prior to his role as EVP, Locally Managed Sales, Jay served as the senior Field Sales integration planning leader for the proposed merger and was one of the senior leaders responsible for developing our Long Range Plan. Jay received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management from Concordia University in St. Paul.

Tiffany Monroe, Chief Human Resources Officer

Tiffany Monroe is Chief Human Resources Officer of US Foods. She is responsible for guiding all aspects of the Human Resource strategy around organizational development, strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, training and coaching, talent management, employee relations and culture in support of US Foods’ strategy of Great Food. Made Easy. Tiffany joined the company in November 2015.

Prior to joining US Foods, Tiffany held a 15 year tenure with Target Corporation, a company known for its strong culture across its 1800 stores, 38 distribution centers and over 300,000 employees. Tiffany held a variety of HR roles with increasing impact, including her most recent as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Target Canada.

Tiffany received her BA in History and Political Science from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, as well as a JD from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.

David Rickard, Executive Vice President of Revenue Management and Strategy

Dave Rickard is Executive Vice President of Revenue Management and Strategy of US Foods. Dave leads Revenue Management, a function that combines activities associated with pricing, margin and rebate management. Dave and his team optimize profitability across all segments by providing end-to-end oversight of margin and pricing decisions, partnering with Merchandising and Sales. As head of strategy for the company, Dave holds responsibility for all strategy work, including exploring opportunities with new businesses. Dave joined the company in November 2015.

Prior to joining US Foods, Dave most recently served as Vice President with Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. Before joining Uline, he served as Partner and Managing Director in The Boston Consulting Group’s Chicago office. Dave led BCG's B2B pricing practice, which he helped build into a core competency at BCG, serving many well-known B2B clients. Over his 17 year tenure at BCG, Dave also led many strategy, operations management and sales strategy engagements with Fortune 500 clients. Dave began his career with Charles River Associates, a global economic consulting firm.

Dave received an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, a BA in Economics from Middlebury College in Vermont and a General Course Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics in Great Britain.

Keith Rohland, Chief Information Officer

Keith Rohland is Chief Information Officer of US Foods. In this role, he is responsible for leading all information technology functions, including strategy, systems development, infrastructure and program management.

Keith joined US Foods in 2011 from Citigroup, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Managing Director of Operations and Technology, and Risk and Program Management. He also held executive positions at Ford Motor Company, including Chief Information Officer for the company’s Volvo car division.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon and a Master of Business Administration from University of Detroit-Mercy.

He most recently served on the board of directors for the Catholic Youth Organization of New York and the College Summit of New York and Connecticut.

Ty Gent, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Ty Gent is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of US Foods. He is responsible for supply chain operations, overseeing warehousing and transportation as well as supply chain strategy, safety and real estate. He joined US Foods in April 2017.

Prior to joining US Foods, Ty spent more than 30 years in a variety of leadership roles with PepsiCo. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations for PepsiCo Central and South America regions and earlier was Senior Vice President of Logistics for PepsiCo North America where he led the warehouse delivery network for Quaker, Gatorade and Tropicana, as well as the PepsiCo’s Transportation network for North America.

Ty is a graduate of Kent State University where he received both his undergraduate degree in Economics as well as his Master of Business Administration.
